Online Parenting Class
The divorce process is often a difficult time for all involved. To ensure the health and well being of your children, it is mandated that all Florida divorces with minor children involved must complete an approved parenting course by Department of Children and Families. This course teaches effective co-parenting and legal issues while addressing the impact of divorce on children of different ages, new relationships, family issues, and what to do about abuse and domestic violence.
Drug Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) / Misdemeanor Drug Evaluation & Education
Suncoast Safety Council, Inc. provides Misdemeanor Drug evaluation and education for those clients that are screened for eligibility through the States Attorney’s Office and Salvation Army Probation. The program consists of a one (1) hour face-to-face evaluation and a twelve (12) hour education component.
Juvenile Shoplifting Program
Suncoast Safety Council is in partnership with the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office to provide a comprehensive education program for retail theft offenders. This program aims to teach juvenile offenders the cross impact of their crime and exploring their motives while looking at their value system and goals.
