DPAS for Your First Time Driver
As a parent, would you like to know if your child is at a greater risk of being involved in a crash, and if he/she will require additional driver's training?
If these questions are of interest to you - the Driver Performance Analysis System (DPAS) evaluation is a great tool to help identify your son/daughter's risk factors.
What is DPAS?
DPAS is an online evaluation tool that can help you determine your son or daughter's risk when they get behind the wheel. This convenient evaluation helps you accurately assess individual driver knowledge and behavior, and project individual crash probability.
Why Use DPAS?
DPAS is a flexible driver capability assessment solution to more effectively address the risk related to student driving, including:
Highlights Pre-Training High Risk Behaviors
High Risk Driver Identification
Improved "Across-the-Board" Risk Awareness
Post Training Evaluation & Recommended Follow-Up Training
How Does it Work?
The DPAS system is a four module online platform that evaluates driver skills within the following critical dimensions of driving:
Traffic Knowledge
Perceptual Skills
Traffic Risk
Traffic Procedures
DPAS consists of 100 video driving scenes. The student driver will either agree or disagree with a statement regarding each scene within 5 seconds. Upon completion (approximately 30 minutes), scores are instantly produced in each of the four modules, as well as an overall score.

Machine Hazards Lurk in Offices Too
Don’t underestimate machine hazards in the office. Pay attention when using paper cutters and machines with feed mechanisms, particularly if you’re wearing loose clothing or dangling jewelry.
